Hi 👋🏽, my name is Elias,

I am a New York-based freelance photographer. My passion for photography began when a friend loaned me his camera and never asked for it back... more than a decade ago!

At the heart of it all, I am a storyteller. The frame lines in my camera are the sheets of paper in my journal, and all I want to do—is write. From indigenous lands to the busy, urban streets of Manhattan, there never seems to be enough film to capture all the stories I’d love to tell.

Most of my time is spent with my lifeline—my friends and family. As my first subjects, I take pride in being able to share their story. I make my spirituality a priority in my life. Through my study of the Bible, I have grown closer to God and HE has provided me with a sense of purpose—to preach the good news of His Kingdom soon to come. During my free time, I enjoy heart-wrenching TV shows and video games.
